I moved to Plantation Villas almost 4 years ago. I have seen many changes. No, they are not all good, but that's just part of it I guess. I am a single mother & I have always felt very safe here. I love my home. Yes, there have been maintenance issues & I've even been late on my rent & had to pay an enormous amount of fees. I know that is their way of keeping people from being late on their rent. It was only my fault that I was late.

I have seen staff change in the last 4 years. I have seen several managers, but there is one that stayed for over 2 years & her assistant manager was there just as long. They really cared about us & the way things looked. I like the people there now, but have yet to meet the new manager.

I read the commnet someone gave about pest control. I pay the $1 per month too. I get sprayed whenever I ask. I don't know if that person has ever asked to be sprayed. But $1 per month for pest control...I'm thankful that I don't have to go out & buy $10 & $15 worth of supplies to get rid of bugs when I have them. I don't mind paying $12 per year!!! If this person is so upset, why don't they talk to the new management or even better, why don't they post their name on this site'

Overall it is really comfortable & in a great location. I have recommended it to 3 of my co-workers & they live here as well. I received money off my rent for the referral. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Dear Suzie Bear well whatever your fabulous name is, obvioulsy you HAVE been living under a rock since you think its all fine and dandy here. I guess no one kisses ass like you do,to the apartment staff,next time I'll try that. I see why you stand up for the events the apartments throw, because since you said you are single that must be where you TRY to go meet your dream man, maybe one day you will find him and stop writing about the life of the single and not so fabulous at the Plantation Villas.
