My friend and I were shown a beautiful apartment next to the golf course that opened up to a nice courtyard. The entire time we were looking that this apartment, Mindy and my friend and I were commenting on various ways to decorate. The next week I came back to sign all the paperwork. When I got my keys, I went to check out the apartment again and I could not find the apartment! Seems the one we were shown was NOT the apartment I rented. Now I get to walk out my front door to look at a dumpster instead of a nice courtyard! I also specifically asked if the phone service was considered local to the Dallas area and was told yes. That was lie number two. The third lie was by far the biggest! I specifically asked how bad was the noise from the neighbors upstairs. Mandy informed both of us that we would never hear the upstairs neighbors as there was concrete between each floor. That was biggest and worse lie ever! I hear everything from the time those people get up in the morning, to the time they go to bed and during the night when they get up!

Think twice, my friends, and only believe what you know to be true, not what you are being told when you move in here.

If you have ever lived in an apartment, you would know to research the phone problems. You should have paid attention to your paperwork, it will state which apartment is yours. As for the neighbors upstairs. Most properties, you can hear your neighbors wheather it is loud or soft. You are complaining about things that could have been prevented if you would have read your lease and contracts correctly
