I have lived here for about a year. The apartment, itself is pretty nice. Although, when we moved in they promised us new upgraded carpet and the carpet we have is not new, just cleaned. The bathrooms have carpet in them, which is stupid. When we moved the apt was painted except the stairs, which were covered in dings and black marks. The people that love below us, are constantly going in and out of their garage, and our apartment shakes.

The outside is horrible, the landscapers come at about 7 in the morning. There is dog crap everywhere, even though there is a "dog park" with bags for poop. There is a maint. man who cleans it up. But, don't walk on the grass. The trash containers are huge and in the of each parking lot. There is plenty of parking space as most people have garages, which is nice. The gates never work, for six months one side if the gate wouldnt shut. When th gates are wprking, the system is always down, so your guest cant get in the place.

Oh and the office staff is horrible. When we first moved in the staff was great, most of them lived here. Now, no one in the office worked here when we moved, they are rude and lazy. They shut the office down from 2-3 everyday, for their lunch, which is dumb because there are alot of people working and they could take lunch in shifts.
Once they lost our rent check amnd served us with an eviction notice! Once they were confronted they treated us like it was our fault.

Don't move in on a special, cuz it is a guarranty your rent will be raised between 75 and 125 dollars and they don't let you know this until its a week before your lease is up.
