Since I have lived here I have had the common maintenance issues you would have anywhere. I thought the previous management handled it ok but what a change with the new group. Any problem I have is corrected within the day and everyone so friendly in the office. I had a small area that needed touch up paint so I asked for the paint, I was very suprised when the manager walked to my apartment and offered to paint the entire apartment. I'm VERY happy with the level of service I receive.
