I had a great experience with the staff at the Marquis. I was a prospective renter.
I've been busy at work so they took the time to respond to my numerous emails and questions rather than requiring me to come in to the office. They bent over backwards helping me out.
If my situation wasn't so difficult I would have signed a lease with them over email never even having been to the grounds.
My wife and I decided to try for a house otherwise we would rented at the Marquis now.
Laura and Michelle are great people!

So I get from this you just havent been screwed yet. Well when it happens I hope you bring some lubricant because it will hurt. Enjoy it while you think its nice. Once it goes bad it goes very bad. I highly recommend asking tenets there if they like it. 80% of the ones I talked to said NO. My mistake was I only asked after I signed my lease.

How can you rate the property when you have not even been here? Michelle must be your friend or something. Next time you rate a property maybe you should take a look first. The staff here is very incompetent.
