I lived at the Marquis at Stonebriar for a year and I loved it there. The only reason I moved was to be closer to my job. The office staff was always nice and smiling and the maintenance crew always spoke or waved when driving by. It was always clean and pretty there. I was never charged for anything upon move out due to the fact that I cleaned the apartment VERY well and I did not have a pet therefore no pet damage. My experience there has yet to be matched. I happen to read the previous reviews and all I have to say is, what kind of nails were you using'! I had pictures on my walls too and I wasn't charged. I'm sure there was a good reason for the charge. Also, you don't know what your pets do every second of the day. If you have a pet there will be pet damage. No matter how perfect you think your pup is.... they do have accidents.
I would recommend these apartments any day! I have many friends who have lived there as well and they all loved it there as well, some of them still live there!

lol wow, this post went up a few mins after a negative response, i wonder if this is the office staff??? I have had a friend live in these apartments and they were horrible, always trashed and they were charged a large amount of money upon move out, i helped them move and know for a fact the apartment was in great condition lol these apartments and the management are a joke!!!

FYI I am not part of the staff. I moved from these Apts last October and I lived there for a year. I never saw it trashed. The friends that I have there lived there before I moved in and they are still there. If the apts were that bad then I doubt they would have people that would have lived there that long.
