Place is a joke. Upon move out they charged me not only for $150 dollars worth of carpet cleaning but had the nerve to also charge $580 for carpet replacement. The carpet did not cost more than $245 as I sell and replace flooring as MY JOB. It is very cheap bottom of the line carpet and when I asked them to show me a bill they sent it to collections. They never told me why they cleaned carpet and then replaced it. STAY AWAY. This place is a joke. Management doesnt know he first thing about customer service or handling slight problems. Good luck getting the maintenance guy either the dont have one or he has so many problems to fix that he will get to yours in 6 months. I shudder to think that anyone still lives there and watched as 7 of my neighbors moved out of their lease early just to get away. Waste of my life trying to deal with them. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!

~There IS dog poo everywhere. That blonde girl with her big dog near the pool area always takes her dog out without a leash (the dog CHARGES at people and kids by the way) and without a poo pick up method. It really bothers me. ~Maintenence has always been good. ~Staff...could be better.

OK I have had nothing but problems with this place .. Have now hired a lawyer.. I tranfer to a 3 bedroom they are now trying to nickle and dime me on everything... I Really need to talk to some people on this matter since i am taking them to court
