I am currently a resident at Marquis at Stonebriar. I have been impressed with the friendly staff and the response time for repairs. I have had two repair requests and each one was handled within 24 hours. The staff has been very helpful and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs as a resident. Workout facility always has available equipment/never over-crowded. Price was competitive, and the location is very convenient. While no community is perfect, I've been pleased with my decision to rent here. I would highly recommend Marquis at Stonebriar.

Do you know what a 'shill' is? A shill is an associate of a person selling goods or services or a political group, who pretends no association to the seller/group and assumes the air of an enthusiastic customer. The intention of the shill is, using crowd psychology, to encourage others unaware of the set-up to purchase said goods or services or support the political group's ideological claims. Shills are often employed by confidence artists. In other words - this message was undoubtedly created and posted by an employee of Marquis at Stonebriar. Thank you!

You know, the same was said of me. Why is it when something bad is said it's ok, but when something good is said everyone "assumes" it has to be an employee. I wouldn't have even known about these other posts but apartment rating apparently notifies by email every time a new comment is made. Everyone knows what you make out of yourself when you assume. It's funny how many of these we have posting negatives to the positives. lol

This is my first time on this site, but I agree, you are probably staff. And in answer to your question is why do people "assume" your an employee? Probably because most people that have any form of a life would not be spending their time online defending the reviews of the apartment that they live in, for starters, unless they owned stock in it, or worked in it. Secondly, apartment complexes are competitive and if they get bad reviews it costs them. Thus, incentive for employees to get on these sites and make bogus posts as to how great the complex is. Fact is, maintenance is not thorough and you have to call on the same issues over and over, and you do not get visited in 24 hours. If you get service in a week, you are lucky. The front gates to our "gated community" that we pay prime rate for have been out of order all summer.
