I have lived here long enough and I am ready to leave. The grounds are so bad. The front of the apatments look good but once you enter it all goes down hill. The business center was down for 4 months and I have not even checked if things are working. I was told that this was a A property. I dont know how they rate that but this would be a C property to me. The staff is so rude and walk around with their nose up in the air. The camera at the exit has been facing down for three weeks now and they obviously dont ever walk around to see what is going on on property. I think the only thing the ofice does is put notes on everyones doors!! They put notes on our doors telling everyone when to leave your doors unlocked because they have to come in. So that way if anyone wants to break in just look at the doors. Real smart office Staff. They put the notes on the door spring break week so people were gone not to smart. The notes stayed on peoples doors for the whole week. I am done. If you have a pet the want you to lock them up the whole week becuse they might need to come in. Also they try and come in your apartment all the time. I have never had this problem with anyother apartments.I could go on and on about things but all I can really say is looks can be decieving!!!!!

That is not true. I live here and they have never asked you to leave your locks unlocked. It was just for inspections to make sure sprinklers were in working order and fireplaces. The office staff has always gone out of their way for me and have a smile on their faces everytime I have been in there. IT IS A 10 YEAR OLD PROPERTY and honestly you couldnt tell. It is well keep and I always see the maintenace walking around picking up after people. The business center is not the office staffs fault it is Time Warner Cable's fault. I just was up there yesterday and they are having their IT dept come down and fix it this week. People stop being so bitter. If you have an issue confront the office staff and they will help you. They always have with me and have fixed the problem FAST. I have been here for almost 7 years and I dont plan on moving anytime soon. :)

ha ha....of course you wrote this anonymous response because you ARE the office staff. Wow, you know the age of property, exactly what is wrong with the business office, etc. just as someone who lives here? Doubt it. I'm with the person who posted above. Some of what they say has been true for me too. Really, if you have lived here 7 years what apartment are you in?
