You don't get what you pay for

When people rent an "upscale" apartment, they expect the security gates to not be down for the entire summer. Maintenance promise is 24 hour turn around but in fact is has been over a week on more than one occasion. Security is an issue here. There are a lot of other small things that negate "upscale".
