Your work order never gets attention. I think this is because the entire staff is all younger women. The manager (another woman) is the oldest one in the office staff!

The security gates have never worked since I moved in (they were worken when I signed my lease) & I have called numerous times about this issue to no avail. Was informed that the new,sliding, gates will be working this week (11-10-03) but they will remain open all day. Come on solicitors and hang more of your trash on my door! We have solicitors posting their trash on doors and at all the mail kiosks. These people should be fined for trespassing! This happens because there are no signs to prohibit it and the gates are open to all who want to roam around the complex.

You can report a lighting issue/problem and it never gets repaired and the ones I have reported are security issues!

Dog poop is another issue! Dog owners are allowed to let their dog's poop anywhere there is grass and the owners do not have to pick their dog's poop up. This issue has been reported repeatedly! I still step in or around dog poop ever day!
