The floorplan was nice, but the management team sucks. The rules, if you have a dog, are that they can only go "potty" in the outer ring of the property and you must clean up. It is a violation of your lease if you do not. Well our three year old can not play outside anywhere for fear of stepping in something. And nothing is done about it. Our "gated" community did not have working gates for the first 8 months of our 12 month lease and now they are only closed on weekends and after 10PM. And rain has damaged our dining room wall just after we moved in and to date it has not been fixed, even after repeated calls to the office. I can not wait to end this lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE NO MATTER THE DEAL THEY GIVE YOU!
