My family and I lived there as a "bridge" after transferring here from another state until we found a house to buy. We ended up staying there a year, and were miserable the entire time. I found the floor plans okay, but mostly the atmosphere of the complex was very "college" (drinking in the parking lot, running up the stairs VERY LOUDLY at two AM, silly, screaming "boy/girl" fights in the parking lot at all hours). Also, trash under stair wells in the breezeway is unacceptable. While it is clearly against the "rules" to do this, lazy tenants constantly leave their trash there, only to attract roaches, rodents and leave a terrible smell for you and all your guests to see when they visit. The gates NEVER worked the entire time we lived there, and even though they are "fixed" now, when I drive by they aren't closed. Management (the old management was MUCH worse than the new, but it's still not proactive enough) tends to not want to "step on anyone's toes".
