I LOVE THIS PLACE

I have lived here now for 3 months...I am not crazy about the city of Frisco I think its overpopulated,noisy, and the people here are jerks on a regular basis because they are all rich and think thats okay....
BUT this property has excellent maintenance, management, and the apt I am in is over 1500 sq foot and feels like a house...the kitchen is HUGE and everything is brand new in it.
The only issue I have had are the typical Frisco issues(and I have been on several properties in Frisco)...noisy BRAT children running around like laughing hyenas, inconsiderate people with animals that crap all over the place, and noisy jerk offs...BUT in FRISCO no matter which property you live on they are all the same on that regard...and I can compare because I have lived in apartments in other areas and have never seen it as bad as I have in this city EVER
