This complex has done wonders for me, they bend over backwards to make sure that everything is taken care of properly. Trashed is picked up every morning, and I've never seen overage as long as I've been here. Everybody complains about "dog poop" and they need to get over it, its an apartment, its gonna happen. Everything was brand new when I moved, floor plans were excellent, spacious, and affordable. As far as the college crowd, they're here, but as well, that age group is everywhere. Never been awaken in the middle of the night, and I'm not a deep sleeper. Very understandable in the front office, flexible to bills and payment. Wonderful place to live.
