Originally, we loved it! The apartment is new, the carpet is nice, the appliances arent dated, the cabinets arent dated, lots of bang for your buck. But here's the little secret the front office won't let you in on: THERE IS NOOOOOOOOOOOOO PARKING. None, zip, zilch, unless you wanna park out in the boone-docks and hike into your apartment- always fun in a Texas rain strom. I also feel like they are playing musical management. Seems everytime we go down there management isnt there or is being changed over and we've "just fallen through the cracks." Crime has been an issue for us, as well as covered parking being taken by those unwilling to pay at our expense. I recommend you get an apartment here with an attached garage and you should be OK.
