I currently reside on this property and I hate it. I mean the apartment is beautiful and I love the way it looks, but there are so many things that make me hate it as well. I am in a 2 bedroom and the master is on an outside wall that is connected to the stairway. I don't know who's brillent idea this was, but it is the loudest thing ever. My boyfriend and I have been woken up every night, yes every night not to mention the weekend mornings because of the stairs. The walls are just so thin. It is awful not to mention frustrating.
We have also had a person beat up in front of apartments. It was so bad we had to contact the police and he left in the ambulance. No one came out of their apartment to help him or to even be nosey, That was a little weird.
There was also a car that ran into two parked cars and just drove off.
These could be a result of the back gate never being closed. It is broken all the time! I wanted a gated community and what I got was a free access community.
There are also always non-residents at the pool who are rude and disgusting. There have been broken bottles int he pool and when I told the management they did not jump on it to clean it up. It was there the rest of the weekend.
This place my give you more apartment for the money but you will also receive more sleepless night, early mornings and frustration. That is just a few things that have happened to us. I wish I would have come here before signing the lease. My advice is to go somewhere else.
