I have read some of these comments and are very suprised by the remarks made. I have lived here for 3 years and been through several managers but I think they keep getting better. I have a beautiful apartment and get a great deal on it. They are always willing to do anything to help me. Some of the guys even carry groceries or packages to my 3rd floor for me. Yes I have seen dog poop but its usually gone the next day. Most apartments have gates that if you wait long enough for someone to come in, you can follow. I think some of the gossip that is mentioned on here would be public knowledge and not just rumors if it were true. Well, I will be here until I buy a house or move out of town. So I recommend the vineyards and I will welcome my new neighbors if you choose.
