We moved into the Vineyards while our new home was under construction and while apartment living is not for us, we couldn't complain too much. For the 6 months we lived there, the staff was nice and definitely made an effort to make the complex a neighborhood. The apartment itself had some nice features, nicer than some of the homes being built in this area now. Of course there was noise, we did have someone hit both of our cars while parked in the cramped parking and it was really annoying when someone parked in our paid for covered parking. The grounds were kept up well and we had no bug issues which was what I was dreading the most. Overall, the experience was fine and we were most happy with the cost and the fact that the staff was so flexible about our short term stay since it was only supposed to be 4 months and turned into 6.
