Be forewarned that if you complain about issues that are covered in the lease agreement, TAA as well as The Aspen Square lease addendum they add. You could be told that complaining will not get anything done! (I have done my share in person and in writing!) And the office staff will inform other tenants that you are making complaints, I haven't even lived here 2 months, And have seen VERY LITTLE EFFORT by the staff to maintain this property at the level they promise when you look or sign the lease.
