This response is to warn you that what you are told you are paying for and what you get are two COMPLETELY different things here! Yes, I have a nice, clean space with lots of room.... But, INSIDE my apartment is where that ends! The grounds are covered in dog excrement continuosly and the animal noise level is out of control! Not to mention large breed dogs allowed to roam off the leash. I was told that this was a quiet, family friendly community. I have lived here less than two months and have been at war with my neighbors and the staff over the mess and constant animal noise. They say that things will get taken care of, And weeks have gone by with NO CHANGE! I pay almost $1200 per month to live here and just spent over $1000. to move! I thought I was getting into a really nice community! And so far I am not IMPRESSED OR HAPPY here. There is a huge problem with the staff maintaining control of this property and it's residents that cannot follow the property guidelines that are set for the comfort and safety of ALL the residents that choose to live here.
