From the moment of arrival there was a problem. Wanted a 6 month lease, and they tried to get me for 7 months (siting that I moved in on the 4th, so that month didn't count--even though we pay rent for that month. I am a dog lover, own a large dog, but there is dog poop everywhere. Was told that people were fined for not picking it up--a lie, or the complex would have enough for proper maintenence. Staff always smiles, but does nothing. When I complained about security lights burned out, they said they would fix, but 2 months later, still nothing. No dumpsters for garbage, just put it out by the curb---always a smelly mess. Carpet dirty, neighbors noisy, appliances poor, etc...Could go on and on, but not enough room. Don't live there unless desperate!!!
