I know this was a long time ago, however I have a simular story and many people both good and bad.

I was the first one to move into my apt 1413 and I loved it. Especially the way the dinning room was seperate. At that time I paid $550 a month for the Merlot. I have a huge King sized bed with a huge headboard and wide night stands... fit it perfectly with a long oversized dresser. The management did have attitudes at times and sometimes down right SUCKED! But I did not have problems getting something fixed. Granted managemnt has changed SEVERAL times since I lived there.

I have been considering moving back, not sure though since the 2 bedroom is over $800 (quite an increase). I loved that they came with W/D and not just the connextions. Also the most impressive thing is the features of the apt it's self. It is linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom, but it is textured so it appears to be stone. The cabnits are natural, and the walls are a taupe color with white crown molding. Countertops are okay, could have been better. There was a phone in the bathroom, who wants to talk while handling their "business" but came in handy after all.

I rented a garage for $50 a month so I did not have a problem with parking but after 5-6pm then good luck trying to find a spot! I miss my apartment and I am not sure if I will try here or down 121 at Estancia but if you are looking for a cool apartment and don't plan on dealing with the office staff much then I suggest here!
