Ive lived here for 3 months and really have no complaints other than parking. Maybe some sort of parking tag for residents and a required, temporary visitor parking tag could alleviate some of the issues. Sometimes I have to park on the other side of the complex when there are no open spots in front of my building, but the complex is very small so the walk isnt far at all. The noise level is very low and the apartments are nice. Of course there are always going to be small issues with apartments.. they are used, so unless you buy your own home you shouldnt complain too much. I get what I pay for here and I am very happy. The previous office staff was GREAT! I have no idea why they arent here anymore. The office staff has recently changed but I havent had any problems with them so far... they seem nice and polite. Maintainance was very quick to respond (Ive only needed them once for a loose towel rack). I feel very safe here and we are planning on renewing our lease and upgrading to a slightly larger apartment.
