This community has pontential. In the right hands, it could be great! I left at the end of last year after a very short stay. The apartment was nice. Great size, decent price. The previous manager was very helpful and kind as was most of the staff. Maintenance issues were handled very quickly. The property became very trashy after a while. Notices were left without any explanation and the place just seemed boring. There wasn't much going on. No resident functions were ever held and it seemed like they just didn't care. Glad I moved on to bigger and better things. Again, not the best but not the worst.
