Lived in apartment for 1 year. 10 months out of 12 month lease was absolute torture. Noise problem that management has not dealt with. Neighber left screen-saver on computer with sound (loud Tupak)on all weekend for 4 months. No sleep for me on the weekend; and Frisco police could not do anything. Security officer has even told us to turn off the neighbors electicity. Great work!
Less that college quality environment. (Drug dealers, college students, and families don't mix: the honest working minority has no recourse.)
In addition to the above problems, the "dogs allowed policy" provides for prompt sunrise awakenings year-round; unattended dogwalks make for eventful trips to the mailbox, not to mention the odors. Give your large-bread dog a bigger place to live - it's common sense AND it's humane.
Carpet was never cleaned upon move-in, so a pungent dog urine smell has lingered. The maintenance solution was to spray air freshener in the a/c unit, and did not even touch the carpet. Another incident: maintenance entered apartment while showering, and did not leave until being asked three times. Ever changing management means that no one is really in charge. Maintanaince can take up to at least a month for repair work.
If you like being in a noisy, stressful, delapitaded environment and smelling the occasional mary-j, and having to walk around trash that people put outside of their apartment everyday - in the walkway - not the MWF valet trash days, this is the place for you. This place is a nightmare - during quiet hours (10-8am)and night time, and lease should come with a referral for mental anguish therapy. Would most definitely never move back.

this is a gross over-reaction. i've lived here for a year and it's great. some people just live to complain. be weary of non-objective reviews from seemingly miserable ppl. for the very few tomes i've had to call maintenance i've never waited longer than 24hrs for a response. yes some ppl don't pick up after their dogs which is why its wise to not walk on the grass without watching ur step...here's an idea: use the sidewalks provided and u'll be fine. i've never encountered this stench this person is referring to. my place looked brand new when we moved in and i know for a fact the apts are professionally cleaned when tenants move out. the walls are thin and depending on the building u get, there may be rowdy children. i'm in building 15 and it's great

I have lived on this property for a long time and have not seen drugs anywhere. This property is actually very safe. Several times I accidentally left my wallet laying on my front car seat and came out the next morning and it was still there. I've also commuted home after a long day and fallen asleep with my keys stuck in my front door and have never been disturbed. I agree that I would prefer a place with no pets and no children but that kind of place simply doesn't exist - even Turtle Creek has a ton of deficating little dogs. I haven't stepped in any dog droppings here because I walk on the sidewalks...
