This place has the world s greatest leasing agent Tiffany. If you go to look, ask for her. She is incredible and very friendly. I have renewed my lease here twice (2004-present). This is the nicest apartments that I have lived in. The interiors are really well appointed. Full size washer & dryer at no extra charge, walk in closets, bathrooms with 2 entry ways (so no one has to go through your bedroom to get to it). Decent sized kitchen, separate dining area, built in bookcases. When I have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved quickly and always to my satisfaction. This is a dog-friendly complex as well. There are not many resident activities but that might change as the complex was just sold. My only complaint is the noise. However, that is not the management s fault - that is the fault of the people who play their car stereos, radios, TV s and whatever else too loud. The residents are not very friendly, but that is how Frisco is so you cannot hold that against the management either.
