While living at the Vineyards I had a pleasurable experience with the staff and the Maintenance crew who were resourceful and nice, but the complex isn't that great and is pricier than it should be.
The walls are thin and you hear everything your neighbor does. The extra features like the gym, pool, business center are not great, but yes it does have them.
I did lose my deposit, even though I had a professional cleaning company clean the apartment after I left. This included the carpets. I know that was a scam, and ruined my mediocre perception of the vineyards to disdain. Shame on them. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I lived here for two years and moved away and now live here again because it has the best floorplans of anywhere I've been. The Vineyards also has brushed nickel sink faucets throughout - something I've only seen on Turtle Creek in the $2000.00 range. These apartments also have greecian columned built-in bookcases and arched entry ways... I didn't have a problem with my deposit when I moved...
