The best apartment I ever had

I lived at the Vineyards for exactly two years and moved up the tollway a little way because my roommate didn't want to live that far north. I regret it very much and it is true, you don't know what you've got until its gone. Compared to Frisco, I hate North Dallas and the apartment I live in now is the same price but I get a lot less than I did at the Vineyards. Vineyards apartments offer washer and dryer included! Who else does that' No one! I am paying $35 a month now to rent them. And the Vineyards has real wood cabinets, nice dining room chandeliers, built in book cases, premium quality kitchen and bath faucets (not that cheap crap like every other place) and the apartment had neat features such as unique tiles and counter top colors that everyone always remarked on. Tiffany in the leasing office was always upbeat and friendly and they have a service oriented attitude, where they spring up to greet and assist you as you come in. Let me tell you, these miserable people up here in North Dallas suck and they have a "gimme a minute" type of attitude. Also, during my two years at the Vineyards, which is a property thats only about 5 years old, they were renovating the pool and hot tub and were painting the fences etc. They believe in upkeep, not running a property into the ground. When this lease is up I will be returning to the Vineyards.
