Positives: Very helpful staff, courteous maintance, nice look, many amenities, close to Stonebriar mall, Collin County Community College Campus (walking distance), grocery stores, Frisco Community center (walking distance), etc.

Negatives: Very thin walls, cheap kitchen appliances/cabinets, pricey for area, noise level high.

Overall I would recommend this place. If you are a light sleeper, it many not be good for you. I would recommend getting a garage from the beginning of your lease though because on weekend nights parking is terrible (although it is fine during the day and on week day nights)(also because my car was keyed, so if you have a nice car, absolutely get a garage). Staff has always been very helpful and has solved any problems I have had with extreme efficiency and a positive attitude (and they even remember my son's name!)
