My brief time at Vineyards was ok. Nothing really special. The office staff was nice for the most part. Maintenance was always taken care of quickly. The grounds were usually cluttered with trash and dog poop. Lots of noise too. I didn't really care for the management company at the time. There were no residents events and any special features. I just expected a little more from a top-notch property in Frisco.

Your review says you lived here in 2005 and you're right - the management company Aspen Square owned The Vineyards then and they were cheap and unorganized. Michelson Management bought the Vineyards in the fall of 2006 and upgraded the property in so many ways and there are resident events at least once a month.
