You will pay and you will pay. Renter beware. They will charge you for everything. If you are moving in here, take a dated video camera and video tape every crack and cranny to make sure they can't charge you for things you didn't due. Such as 1,200 for a carpet stain that you notified them of on your move-in condition sheet...which they will conveniently lose or be unable to read after "only copies have been retained" for whatever reason that would be done for...who knows. Renter beware of being ripped off. White collar crime is the area wherein we are now most likely to experience personal loss and fraud.
