I REALLY MISS THE OLD MAITENANCE STAFF. NOW THAT RAFAEL AND ROGER ARE NO LONGER HERE THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE POOP. GIZMO DON'T NOT KNOW HOW TO DO MUCH. I THINK YOU SHOULD CONTACT THEM AND TRY TO GET THEM BACK ASAP I KNOW MANY RESIDENTS THAT ARE ALSO NOT HAPPY WITH THEM LEAVING, THEY ARE THINKING OF LEAVING TOO.
THEY REALLY DID AN AWESOME JOB AND ALWAYS KNEW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE REALLY LOST A GREAT ASSET TO THE COMMUNITY.
