I agree with the comments I've read as they fall close to home. MAKE sure that you get everything in writing if you already have made the mistake of moving in here. If you are looking for a place to live, it is for your sake that I am bothering to write at all as the apartments aren't even managed by the same people as they were when I lived there, find another apartment complex if you value your sanity. The problems that you will run into here that would never happen anywhere else will cause you problems. In 6 months time, I had take off work 2 days to get certified bank statements to prove to the apartment's attorney's that rent had been paid to them by check out of my checking account. I ended up hiring a lawyer upon move out when I was charged for another renter's damage. The thing is, given 2 move-outs, you'd think they could charge the right person $2,600 for ruining the carpet instead of filing in court against me. I still had to pay my lawyer $1,980 even though the case was thrown out of court once I'd proved that the apartment's claim that I had lived at a different apartment number was bogus.
