First, I called these apartments twice - NEVER received a phone call back. Second, I emailed once - NEVER received a reply back.
My husband and I took our children to the apartments and was disappointed that they DID NOT have the playgrounds that was advertised in a couple of websites. That was WHY we tried CALLING first! Talking to the leasing agent was a complete trial. We would ask questions and she would just...shrug...YES thats right shrug and say.."uhhh...I don't know." After I had to finally say. "Do you know anything at all'" She would go find out the information. Nedless to say we decided to spend our 1400 a month someplace else. The staff was uninformed, rude and completely ignorant as far as I was concerned.
