I have lived here since the summer 04 I should of known there would be a problem when I (emphasize I) had to clean the place from the last resident including the carpet. The leasing agent was fired because she misquoted my rent price, which I fought for and got. My bathroom has flooded my kitchen, twice because the bath tub leaks. The sheetrock in the kitchen is literally coming off the studs in the ceiling because of the water damage. My balcony is falling down, literally from water damaage. Black mold' I have the loft style which means the first floor stays cold as hell all the time and the 2nd floor is warm. We spent this last winter sitting in our bed as opposed to the living room. Just wait to you get to see the dumpster on Sunday-trash is literally falling into the street. You will love the fact that no one picks up the dog poop and even if you have a dog and you do, you will get at least one "lease violation" notice from the office.
The office never opens on Sunday, which it is supposed too. The gates break at least once a week. Your clickers to get in and out of the gates and the clubhouse are worthless.
The staff. This would require choice words that I can't use. There is one leasing agent that is absolutely rude. Never approach this woman if you have issues. You'll know which one it is. The two managers have no clue what is going on.
Oh yes, my favorite part the electricity bill. I have a one bedroom that costs almost $200 a month in electricity. Granted it is upstairs/downstairs but that is ridiculous for an apartment that under 6 years old. The cable outlets are in the most ridiculous places. My bathroom counters have burns from a curling iron that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in. Your shower will flood your bathroom floor if you don't get the 2 foot high water shield put in. Coupled with a leaky bathtub and you are set.
Want more' Move here, at least you will not surprised when you have issues.

You couldn't have said it better. This place is a nightmare.

10-4 on the electricity bill. I had a 2 story apartment as well and it easily exceeded $200 a month. Actually, everything you said I am in agreement with you. Lucky for me, I lived nowhere near a dumpster. I just had to park near it all the time.
