Either that last post was done by someone in the office or my name is Biff! Why not exercise some professional and personal fortitude and allow this tool to be used for its intended purpose, which is to give the public truthful and correct information, straight from the mouths of the tenants who experienced the nightmare of living here.

When I lived here, my biggest complaint with the apartment itself (I was in the smallest 2-bdrm, which was just over 1100 sq. ft) was that it had a lot of ants and crickets. No matter how many times I reported the problem, it seemed the problem would be resolved for a few days, but then the ants were right back, along with the crickets, so I don't know what went wrong there. And yes, I always pick up after myself and keep my place clean, for those of you who may try to raise that issue.

I don't mean to belittle or bad-mouth anyone, but if the shoe fits, then wear it. When I arrived here in Nov. 2001, Varina and members of the old staff were still here and they were excellent! Not long after I moved in, I noticed that there seemed to be someone new in the office every month. As time passed, by the time I moved out in early 2003, all the leasing agents and maintenance guys I'd initially dealt with were gone and customer service had taken a turn for the worst. All I can say is this is sad for a community that had so much going for it.

I moved in two weeks ago and I think this is a wonderful property. I have no bugs, the leasing office is very professional and the apartment is the best in Frisco. I know this because this is the 4th apartment in Frisco. I question your post because you moved out 2 years ago!! Is this all you have to do in your life!

Billydh3, I will not get into a dispute here with you over something that speaks for itself if you take time to review the other posts here on this board. I know it's been a while since I moved, but I had to post about my experience while living there in all fairness to potential renters. They need to be informed and I've done my best to be as fair as possible, but again, all you have to do is view the other posts here and see that the claims stand to date. Peace!
