Vintage at Legacy

I've lived at the Vintage for about 9 months now, and I have no complaints. I've read the comments here and I understand that some people have had problems. However, it's usually the really upset and angry people who post these comments, so I wanted to add one from somebody who hasn't had problems, because not EVERYONE who lives here hates it. In my opinion, the property is well kept priced right for the area. One reason I don't have management complaints is because I only had to deal with them one time. I had to have my washer & dryer connected and that took weeks because every time I would call the office I could never get them on the phone. Then, if I tried to stop by after work, the staff had gone home early and I would be back to square one. Not a huge deal, but an annoyance nonetheless. Bottom line... I've lived in apartment communities with worse staff. If I had not bought a house I would *probably* still be living at the Vintage.

I haven't seen any posts from parents. I have a toddler... is this a family-friendly community or more of a singles scene?

I had all kinds of neighbors. Next door was a single person, above me was a retired couple, and across the sidewalk was a family w/ young kids. I'd consider it to be 'family-friendly.' Seems like there are a lot of people there waiting for their houses to be finished being built.
