Terrible management

When you tour this place, it seems great. The management staff is all about selling this place and they have a lot to offer. After moving in, things changed. The gate always seems to be broken. It is closed and the reader for the remote won't work. So if you get in late, you have to wait for someone to exit the gate and go in that way or you just have to park outside of the complex.

Speaking of parking, I never got to park anywhere even close to my apartment. They have tons of garages for each apartment, but they charge an outrageous amount. So all of these empty garages take up the space and they ticket you if you park in front of them.

Management changes monthly. You can deal with a person one month and then in the next month, the new staff doesn't know who you are talking about. So if you have a problem and management is looking into it, chances are, it will not get resolved. On top of that, I was never quite sure when the office was open. There are hours posted, but the office always seemed to be closed for whatever reason.

Many of the amenities are not what they are cracked up to be. The pool and hottub are closed for repair often. The weightroom has several broken machines/missing weights and they aren't looking to repair/replace them. And other amenities are only available while working people are actually at work.

I hate to dump on this place so much because it's got tons of potential to be great. But it's so terribly run, that I can't recommend it to anyone.

I am a licensed Realtor, I will be moving to the area this summer, and I will be looking for a apartment, I am also looking for a job, after reading the reviews,I't seems that the compant should invest the money into fixing up the place and hiring and training a good staff. its obvious you hire anyone that submits an application, and are not paying them enough to want to stay. It sounds like you have a place that could be a great place to call home. so I suggest giving mr a call as I am in realestate and I have managed a retail eyewear store, And if you treat people right,(customer service), and take care of little issues before they are big issues, Im sure you want your rent on time
contact me rissina@realestatebcs.com .I will be more than happy to come in and do what I do best.
