The gates never work right. The remotes never work and when you go to get them fixed, forget the staff helping you. IF the maintenance staff isn't at lunch or generally sitting around doing nothing, you might get it fixed in a week. The staff will be rude to you. The manager, Terry Bass, is extremely not helpful and yells at the residents. When I went in to complain, she told me to "Get out!" She refused to fix the gate pass and there's no code, so forget parking inside the complex even if you live there.

Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Instead, they come in and purchase pay per view pornography from your cable provider.

Parking is atrocious. There are never enough spaces, and they allow illegal vehicles to take up spaces of the residents for months, without towing them.

Teenagers come into the complex and have sex all over the pool area. All hours of the night. So loud, they wake up residents that live near them. You can't call security, because there isn't any. They fired their security officer and have yet to hire a new one.

This used to be a good place with a decent staff. The new management was hired in December and got rid of anyone helpful. Since that time, if you need anything done correctly, it'll take 6 months if ever done right at all.

Like other residents before me, I recommend you run away from this place. It once had potential.
