I think that the staff in HORRIBLE!!!!!! I love my apartment but the staff does not care about the needs of the residents.
I had a large vehicle blocking entrance to my garage. After several complaints to the manager, Terri Bass, I was told that it was unfair to the person driving the vehicle to have it towed. Well, what about me. I pay to stay here. What about unfair to me?
Also, Sue, who works in the office is equally rude and unprofessional. I attempted to move to another apartment in the complex and was rudely told that there was no possibility.
Please do not move here if you are looking for a courteous, professional staff.

Tell our worthless so called manager, Terri Bass, to read section 21 of the TAA Lease Contract. Sue as well as Christine are also totally worthless and they should all be fired. Just FYI, if you try to discuss any issues with the regional manager, Rebecca Russell, over the phone , she will hang up on you. We as residents need to get together and take any legal action. This place sticks.
