This is the 7th management team and staff in the past 2 1/2 years. Enough said on that issue, get the point.... Maintenance is worthless as well. Have had maintenance requests in for over 2 years with multiple written requests and conversations with each new manager as they appeared and the previous managers simply disappeared, and items are still not fixed. The current manager, Terri Bass, doesn't return calls and Sue, the bulldog, blocks any access to Terri when residents have legitimate issues that need resolution. Latest notice put on resident's doors states - Now management is asking for residents to understand that the maintenance staff (all 2 of them) works M-F 8:30-5:30 very hard to meet the requests of the residents in this 320 unit apt complex and residents should be understanding and have their requests submitted by 10:00am and that requests are processed on a first come first serve basis and if request are turned in after 10:00am, they may not be processed until the next business day. Uh, has it crossed the mind of Terri Bass, that perhaps she should hire more and also competent maintenance staff so that residence's request for maintenance don't continue to take 6 months or longer to complete. Another news letter just posted on resident's doors indicates a "reminder" that there is a $75 fee for any mortgage inquiries. I don't believe this is in the lease or that any previous notice to residents has ever gone out, not only that, but that is total discrimination to those of us that choose to purchase a home once our lease is finally over. According to Christine, who is acting as manager while Terri is on vacation until July 5th, there is not a charge if the inquirey is from another apt complex wanting to verify rental history, just mortgage companies. That is wrong, discrimination, and the Vintage should be sued by all residents that are planning on buying or in the process of building homes. Lastly, anyone up for bets on how many times the pools will be closed during this summer season...for those of you that have lived here for 2 years or longer, you know what I am talking about. This place totally sucks!!!!

I've lived here for 2 years & I can not agree with you more. Each encounter with a staff member has made me feel like I'm wrong for asking for help. Parking is atrocious, the pool is rarely open & the hot tub looks disgusting. I'm leaving at the end of this month & couldn't be happier about that!
