I've lived here for about 9 months and must say I'm shocked by all of the complaints on this page. I've only had to call maintenance once, but they fixed the problem the following morning. Even the minor things that I had marked on my check-in sheet (scuff marks on the walls and replacing light bulbs) were fixed within 48 hours. As for the complaints about the gates, only once have I experienced this and there was someone already working on it when I drove up.

I'll agree that there is not nearly enough parking. I wouldn't go as far as to say I've had to park outside of the complex, though. I can almost always find a spot in front of one of the neighboring buildings.

As for the staff, it seems to be hit & miss. Some are really helpful and nice. Others don't seem to know much about anything.

Overall, I'm happy here. It's a nice neighborhood and pretty quiet. Until just recently I never even knew when my neighbors were home because I could rarely hear them. Unfortunately, my new neighbors have a screaming child that likes to bang on the walls. That's just part of apartment life, though.
