Apartments are beautiful--application process is questionable. Completed application, submitted fees. Was accepted with conditions plus $2580 before move in. Wow! Wanted to declined, was told I would not get my money back and I would have the same probelm renting elsewhere. Found apt just as nice--accepted with conditions for $750. Told Vintage and was re-approved with no additional money. Was it bad credit, competition, or just plain haggling' Decided not to rent from Vintage.
