Where do I begin. I guess all my complaints boil donw to the inept office staff. I have lived here for going on 4 years, and my expierence has gotten progressivly worse. The amentities stink! The weight room is a joke. Started off nice but the upkeep is horrible. Waited over a month for replacement treadmills. Just got them, what a disappointment. Cheap residental rickity junk. Should have done a little research and spent the extra money on a good solid commercial unit. You will be replacing these soon. Buy the fan option next time at least! Or at least be smart enough to check that the heat isn't on in there on an 80 degree day. By the way everyone, the clubhouse(gym, gameroom, TV room) is only accessible when the office is open. This is due to having to go through the office to get to the amenities. You have to go through the office because both the other doors have magnetic security locks that seldom work. I was actually told by the office staff that this is what we needed to do. Doors have been like that for 3 years. Never fixed. The gym also has a masseuse. We get a free massage once per month. My wife gave up trying to get one a few months ago. She called 7 times in 2 months. Never got a return call. Lets talk about the main pool. Summer of '05 closed May and June for maintenence. One office sponsored event by pool in July (guess they were trying to apologize). Party was solely geared towards the 10 and under crowd. Summer of '06 pool closed only for the month of may! Yipee! Office did nothing for its residents all summer. Oh wait, I take that back. They raised my rent. Summer is coming office staff... you ready' Pool areas are always dirty with trash regardless of time of year. Whole complex is really. Office staff you checking on your maintenence peoples work' Probably not. I could go on and on... It all starts at the top. I'm sure youve heard this before. The trickle down effect. Do what is needed to do the best job you can and your staff will follow. Open your eyes take a look around. Fix the problems make your residents happy.
