I lived here for 3 years. If you like mold hidden in walls and air ducts, utilities that run over $300 month for a 1 bedroom, parking nightmare, signing addendums that give you all the responsibilities if anything goes wrong with your apartment (ie: garage door opener)staff who are sugar-coated poison and will look you in the eye and lie to you, maitnenace dept that is paid bonuses for how much money they do not spend, management dept that is paid bonuses for how much they make on the apartments and keep finding new ways to add extra charges, deplorable amenties, and rent that goes up around $50 per month each time you need to renew your lease ---- then this is the place for you!

Correction: the $300 a month is only for electricity for a 1 bedroom. You also get to pay for water, sewer, trash, cable, etc. Nothing is included in the rent - in fact they keep finding new ways to charge for things and say the access gates are for the property protection not the residents, so they have no obligation to keep the gates working for residents.
