I lived at the Vintage at Legacy in Frisco for two years and it was the worst place I have lived in my entire life and I'm in my late 30's.

The management was nothing but a group of half wits who would look you in the eye and lie right to you face about any and everything. Connie Bell (Manager at the time), of who I had several run-ins with, needs to be in a state mental hospital becuase she is a complete psycopath who tried unsuccessfully several times to evict me because I complained to the management firm that she worked for about her and her inability to manage a complex or anything else for that matter. I don't think she could manage a snow cone stand to be honest. She was a nasty, mean spirited, jaded woman who looked for ways to screw over the tenants. She also tried to fine you for things that weren't even your responsibility. Once I moved out Connie even accused me of stealing a refrigerator from the complex and TRIED (but failed miserably) to have me arrested. Why would I steal a POS refrigerator that was about 8 years old and leaked when I had a brand new one of my own that I kept in my garage'''

If you like being hasseled and treated like a little kid then this is probably the perfect place for you.

Also, the main pool was closed for over a month during the summer and there were minimla attempts at repairing the problems and even worse excuses from management as to why it was closed to begin with. There were even drugs being sold by the apartment maintenance staff who lived on site. I know because they lived directly under me and didn't hide the fact that they sold drugs (Meth/ICE/Pot) right out of the apartment. I reported this to management and they told me if I didn't like the other tenants then I could move once my lease was up!! Talk about great customer service'!'! NOT!!

Bottom line The Vintage at Legacy is a dump and the staff should be in jail for fraud and tenant abuse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!

I have been here for 3 years and The Managers have been Terrie and Carol. Givin, Terrie was pretty bad, but since last June or so I have seen a great deal of improvement. Every community will have flaws. For the most part I have enjoyed my stay. I think you are just blaming The Vintage for some things that may have never happened.

wow, classy people, hooker and a box of condoms, people are really going to take you seriously. Carol is awesome, the vintage is a great place to live, get over yourself and get a life.

I know the guy who wrote this complaint. Do not belive a word he is saying about this aparment complex or any of the manangers. This guy is a physcopath and really needs help. All he does is try to cause problems with people and has nothing but negative things to say about them. Most of what he says are made up stories to make himself feel better. In my personal opinion, I think this guy is a very unhappy person and trys to cut others down to build himself up. Very low self esteem. Just goes to show, looks aren't everything.

I'm calling your bluff here. WHO AM I?? Ha Ha!! That's what I thought!! I am the original poster of this 100% true and valid experience at the Vintage at Legacy. Why would I make this crap up? I dont even live there anymore so what do I gain by lying? Wake up and grow up people!!

Don't pay any attention to Jon(talentscouts22@yahoo.com. He's a bitter sourpus that complains about everything in life. What do expect from someone who has to use the internet to buy companionship.
