In the past I have always made it my goal to put the good word out there. I called the boss of the person who drives for UPS and put in a good word when the driver goes the extra mile to call me when it seems he cannot find me to deliver a very inportant package. I tell the cashier at Wal Mart thank you for excellent cashier skills. I give my hair lady a tip for doing a good job on my hair and reccommend all of my friends to her. I tell the porter thank you when he picks up all the dog crap that people don't pick up when there dogs take a dump. I just like putting the "Good Word" out there. When you consider the source of all of these bad reviews, you might consider angry residents with issues that may or may not be valid. When you read these thoughts of these angry people, you don't know what kind of day they just had. I am overall happy with The Vintage. Sure sometimes the maintanence takes longer than I would like, but it always gets taken care of. There will alwys be someone that is unhappy for one reason or another. Please consider the source. And every onec in a while put a"Good Word" out there.

I never lived here, but I will say that this person has the right idea and you, bmwlaser, have a problem with more than just an apartment. It appears to me that you need to consider anger management classes. Why are you so vicious, mean and angry? Only you know the answer to this.
