I'm amazed at how hostile people are on this website! Being in the apartment industry, I was offended by some of these harsh remarks and they were not even about me. I think if there was a website to critique your daily performance, you would think twice before putting these comments on here. Managing so many residents at once IS not as easy as you think. There is a lot more to do than just show apartments. There is Accounting, Purchasing, turning over 400 apartments (multiple at times) Maint. issues, noisy neighbors, someone parking in a reserved spot, etc. I would love if every one on here could switch shoes with an Apartment Manager for just one day to see what it is like. I have to say ever since Carol has been here things have been A LOT better. She is very nice and genuine when it comes to the residents best interest. I am grateful the company hired her; we had a great experience today when we went to the office with a personal problem. The way we were treated made us happy to be Vintage residents. The grounds have been exceptional due to the new porter that always has a smile and waves to you as you drive by. (Being a Manager for another property, I definitely know the porter can make or break your grounds) Maint. has always been more than accommodating when ever we have a maint. request (I think a total of 3 in the last 2 1/2 years, which is outstanding in my view). I have never once had to worry about our safety here (you usually can t say that when it comes to apts.), it s a great location. I would definitely live here forever if I could, but we are buying a house. Finally, I would recommend this property to everyone!

Once again this is was written by one of the idiots that work in the front office at Vintage at Legacy. See how ignorant these people are? Could they be any more obvious or show any less intelligence? Anyone who would "recommend this property to everyone" obviously has financial incentives to say such not to mention being a total dumba**. Finally if they are real then why not post with a username instead of always anonymously???? Hmmm.....
