There is not sufficient parking space in the community. They will make you rent a garage which costs anywhere for $50 - $90

Wade Crossing is an awesome place to live. Parking can sometime be limited but everything else about Wade compensates for it. The new staff is very helpful and accomidating. The landscape is beautiful. To get garage it is only $50 or $60 not $90. I have no idea where this person got this informantion.

LONGTIMEWADE: The next time you'd like to contradict a resident's complaint...you should at least ATTEMPT to make it a little LESS OBVIOUS that you're a Wade Crossing EMPLOYEE. It might make your rebuttal a little more convincing ??? just a tip. You are right about one thing...the landscaping IS beautiful here. However, the 5 minutes a day that I spend admiring the landscaping (coming and going from my apartment), HARDLY make up for the UNACCEPTABLE structural issues that I have had to deal with in my apartment. I'm SURE GLAD a portion of my rent money is put toward paying for all the PRETTY FLOWERS rather than fixing these problems that I have to deal with day after day in my ACTUAL LIVING SPACE. Secondly, I believe it???s spelled "accommodating". You can't SPELL IT, so I'm wondering if you even understand the true meaning of this word. Maybe I'M the confused one here, but I thought it was the job of the STAFF to be accommodating to the RESIDENTS - NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. ~Another Frustrated Resident

The whole staff at Wade Crossing is HORRIBLE! Diana is very rude and whenever we have to deal with her, she always seems to be a smarta$$. We have been here since February of '05 and had nothing but problems (leaks, etc) The walls are so thin, we can hear everything our neighbors are doing. The staff takes TWO hour lunches at the same time and closes the office, which is great customer service! The staff is more concerned with themselves rather than the residents here at Wade Crossing. ~ One More Frustrated Resident

I got on this site to complain also about the customer service at Wade Crossing and in particular the manager Diana and when I read the comments from 11/01/05 I could not express my thoughts about her lack of care for residence and her bad management style any better. Diana comes with patten management answers she learned in a book in college but does not know how to deal with real people with real concerns. In the end the management makes the difference. If people in the front office care more about the way things appear for potential new residence then they do about those who already live here it does take long to see that offering a great environment to live in is not the goal. This place is suppose to feel like home and this has not always been our experience due to the management.

For those who are unhappy with Wade Apartments: If you are unhappy, then why not consider vacating the property and look for another apartment that will satisfy your needs. Rather than complaining about the parking, Diana's management style, etc., consider moving into a different property. That should resolve your problem. As far as my concern, my encounter with Wade and especially with Diana, is wonderful. She's such a sweet woman and very helpful. The staff are very friendly too.

My fiance' and I just moved into Wade Crossing in December and so far our only complaint has been with our PSYCHO (and I mean CRAZZZZY PSYCHO) downstairs neighbor lady. I just wish there was some way that Keri legally could have told us before we moved to that location ... that she is PSYCHO. But other than that one small but huge complaint, we have been satisfied with our experience this far. Now we do have another 6 months to go, and I know how aprtments are. Anything can happen. I used to work for a competitor in Plano and I know what leasing staff and property management people endure. Keep in mind... people can only do so much and if they are trying their best that is all you can ask of them. I know this from experience.

One thing I think should be known also... the ONE service request we have had was taken care of the next business day. That is awesome considering that a lot of times at other places people have waited up top 2 months to get their stuff fixed.

Keep up the great work Wade Crossing and I don't mind being truthful.

And for those of you who will say that I work for Wade...No I used to work for The Mansions and now I work for a staffing agency in Dallas.

Thank you for reading this...and God Bless You!
